- Any changes or cancellations within 24 hours will be 100% chargeable.
- No elements of the combo-ticket can be part cancelled. 100% ticket price will apply as cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours.
- A copy of booking confirmation must be shown at the time of taking activities for identification purposes
Validity
- Validity of the voucher from the time of purchase is 3 months.
- Al Seef Dhow Cruise, Palm Jumeirah Inner Cruise and Dubai Aquarium inclusions must be used within 3 days from the time of redemption of the voucher.
- At the Top (Burj Khalifa) must be booked in advance.
- IMG world of Adventures must be used within 1 week from the time of redemption of the voucher.
