  1. Where can I buy my ticket from?

Kiosks: You can buy your ticket from any of our kiosks around Dubai including Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Burjuman Centre, Al Ghurair Centre, Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Deira City Centre, Atlantis the Palm and Cruise Terminal 2 & 3 (During Cruise season).

Online: You can also buy your ticket online from www.citysightseeing-dubai.com

Other: You can buy your ticket on any of our buses at any stop from the driver.  You can also buy your ticket from most hotels in Dubai, selected travel websites and from travel agents.

  1. What are your operating hours?

Our first tours start at 09:00 – 20:00 (last departure).

  1. Are all the routes included in the price of the tickets for 24/48-hour tickets?

Yes, all the routes are included in the 24/48-hour tickets.

  1. What else is included in the tour?

24 HR TICKET INCLUDES: Night Tour, Arabian Dhow Boat Cruise, RTA Waterbus(Abra) Ride, Dubai Museum Entry, Sheikh Sayeed Al Maktoum House Entry, VIP Global Village Ticket (November-April), ‘Show & Save’ shopping & dining discounts & 5 other Museums.

48 HR TICKET ADDITIONALLY INCLUDES: Dubai Aquarium and Under Water Zoo Entry & Sharjah & Ajman Tour (Shuttle bus to Sharjah available during winter months)

  1. When does the Night Tour start and can we start the night tour from any stop?

The night tour starts from 18:00 – 22:00.

The best place to start your night tour from is the Dubai Mall . Kindly check with the driver if it’s possible to do an interchange to routes after 20:00 as 20:00 onwards is the last departure from each stop on all of the routes.

  1. What is the starting point for each of the routes?

The starting points for the routes are:

Historic (Red) Route: Deira City Centre.

Modern (Blue) Route: Dubai Mall.

Marina (Golden) Route: Atlantis the Palm.

Global Village & Miracle Garden (Orange) Route: Mall of the Emirates.

Cruise Terminal (Green) Route: Cruise Terminal 2 & 3

  1. Can you please tell me from where we can hop on for the RTA Water Taxi and how long is the trip?

You can hop on the RTA Water Taxi from the Old Souk Stop and the duration is approximately 10 minutes.   It takes you from the Old Souk to the Spice Souk.

  1. Could you please provide me with the frequency of each of the routes?

Red and Blue Route: 20 to 25 minutes (subjected to traffic).

Golden Route:  30 to 35 minutes (subjected to traffic).

Palm Crescent Route times departing from Atlantis the Palm are:  09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30, 17:30 and last departure is 18:30 (subjected to traffic).

  1. Are you running your tour at Abu Dhabi?

No, currently we are not running any tour in Abu Dhabi.  We are hoping to provide this in the future.

  1. Are you providing any group discount?

Sorry, we are not providing any group discount, unless instructed directly from the management.  For group bookings, please contact us in advance so we can connect you with the Sales department that can advise on a group rate.

  1. Can you please provide more information about the guided walking tours?

There are three available tours in summer (May – September) and three in winter (October – April):

Summer Tours:

  • Dubai Mall: Timing are 17:30 – 19:00 (Not available on Friday).
  • Dubai Museum: Timing are 10:30 – 11:30 (Not available on Friday).
  • Souk Madinat Jumeirah: Timing are 14:00 – 15:00 (Not available on Friday).

Winter Tours:

  • Dubai Mall: Timing are 17:30 – 19:00 (Not available on Friday).
  • Bastakia and Dubai Museum: Timing are 10:30 – 11:30 (Not available on Friday).
  • Spice Souk and Gold Souk: Timing: 12:30 – 13:30 (Not available on Friday).
  1. Where we can I collect my free inclusion tickets?

Please collect your tickets for Dubai Museum, RTA Abra Water Taxi RTA, Sheikh Maktoum House, Global Village and Al Ghurair Shopping Card from our drivers or arrange with our ticket sellers.  For Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo and Sharjah Tour tickets, please present your City Sightseeing ticket at those locations to avail pass.

  1. Can you please provide more information on the City Sightseeing Sharjah Tour?

Guests can start the tour form Al Qasba near the Al Qasba Wheel, Mega Mall in Sharjah, King Fasial Mosque or Sharjah Museum.

The total duration is 1 hour and 45 min.  Timings are from 09:00 to 19:00.

The frequency of the buses are 35minutes.

  1. From where can I starts my Dhow Cruise and what is the timings of operations?

You may start your tour from the Spice Souk Stop. The timings of Dhow Cruise is from 10:30 -17:30 (with English commentary) departing every hour.  The duration of the cruise is 50 minutes.

  1. Can we get refunds on our City Sightseeing Tickets?

No, refund is not provided unless it’s cancelled within the 5 minutes prior from time of sale.  Refund will require investigation on the reason.  Please refer the terms and condition on our brochure and website.

  1. Could you please explain what is a Family Ticket is?

Family tickets are for 2 Adults and 2 Childrens (5yrs-15yrs).  You can’t purchase a family package for 4 family members older than 15 years old, this will be classified as 4 adult tickets.

  1. Can Children under 5 use the service free of charge and in this case what is included?

Please note that Children under 5years go free on the hop-on, hop-off tours and dhow cruise, however for other inclusions such as Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo tickets can be bought separately from our kiosks.

  1. Can you explain the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo Passes for a Family, 48-hour ticket?

A family ticket for a 48 hour pass will include Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo.  However, if the child is above 11years old, please request a separate ticket (free of charge) from our kiosks to ensure they can enter.  Dubai Aquarium and Under Water Zoo, defines a child as 3-10 years old, therefore we request that you mention your child’s age when purchasing your 48 hour City Sightseeing Family Ticket.

  1. Do you have air conditioning in your buses?

Yes, our all buses are air conditioned.
